Warehouse Helper Job Duties + Requirements:
Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, or material handling experience preferred
Load, unload, inspect, organize, and transport materials safely and efficiently
Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, stock organization, and material documentation
Photograph, label, and maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records using CRM, POS, or inventory systems
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a company vehicle for material deliveries and pickups
Conduct inventory counts and support quarterly inventory audits
Organize warehouse stock and showroom materials to maintain an orderly, customer-ready environment
Complete daily equipment inspections, forklift logs, and opening/closing checklists
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse while reporting inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and maintenance needs
Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse software
Strong communication, customer service, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to lift and move heavy materials while following warehouse safety procedures
