Job Description: Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships Evaluate levels of gross motor function, mobility, strength, balance, and functional skills Develop and execute treatment plans that address specific student needs Document sessions and record data on progress towards IEP goals Meet with personnel at the school or district to transmit information about student progress Requirements: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program (Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education) Active NY State PT license Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) Reliable, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform experience; strong tech setup (webcam, heet, stable internet, private workspace). Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families Must be authorized to work in the United States.
