We are seeking an experienced U.S.-based social media marketing professional to help grow the personal brand of an independent Medicare insurance broker.
Our goal is to educate consumers about Medicare, build trust through high-quality content, and generate qualified le organically through Facebook and Instagram.
The business owner is comfortable appearing on camera and recording videos but wants someone to handle nearly everything else.
Responsibilities
(Open to expertise editing)
* Develop an overall content strategy
* Create a monthly content calendar
* Tell the business owner exactly what videos to record
* Edit long-form videos into engaging Reels and short-form content
* Design graphics and carousel posts
* Write captions and calls-to-action
* Schedule and publish content on Facebook and Instagram
* Repurpose content across multiple platforms
* Monitor analytics and recommend improvements
* Stay up to date on social media trends
* Understand or be willing to learn Medicare marketing compliance
Ideal Candidate
* Located in the United States
* Excellent written English
* Portfolio of Facebook and Instagram content
* Experience marketing professional service businesses (insurance, financial advisors, CPAs, attorneys, healthcare, etc.)
* Experience growing personal brands
* Skilled in short-form video editing
* Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms
* Organized and proactive
* Comfortable providing strategy—not just executing tasks
Nice to Have
* Experience with Medicare or insurance marketing
* Experience with YouTube Shorts/Reels/TikToks
* Graphic design experience
