Job Description: Document Stripe products, including conceptual overviews, task-based guides, APIs, and tutorials for different products Maintain content quality through curation, user feedback, and content performance analysis Work alongside our developers, product teams, and support engineers to ensure content expertise and documentation accuracy Deliver results in a dynamic work environment with plenty of autonomy Push Stripe docs forward by dreaming up and implementing new ways to deliver, author, analyze, and interact with technical content Requirements: 4+ years of technical writing experience Able to collaborate, partner with, and learn from other skilled tech writers Proficient in HTML and Markdown Conversant with Git and VSCode Adept at communicating technical concepts clearly and precisely Experience with backend languages like Ruby, Go, Python, PHP, Node, or Java (preferred) Experience with large information architecture projects (preferred) Experience balancing multiple product launches (preferred) Experience working with a team of technical writers (preferred) Benefits: Health insurance Stock options Flexible work arrangements
