Description: Keep clients informed from initial contact through vehicle handover. Perform thorough vehicle inspections and check-in processes, documenting damage and visible wear. Check in new vehicles and record transport damage on PDI vehicles, including Bill of Lading documentation. Coordinate loaner agreements, rental vehicle requests, and Lyft rides for customers. Maintain the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by delivering strong service experiences. Review and revise work orders after technician and detailer completion for accurate documentation and time punches. Address and correct warranty claim rejections within required timeframes. Obtain service authorization and invoice signatures via DocuSign and collect payment for customer-pay repairs. Explain invoices and completed repairs to customers clearly. Greet incoming clients, answer and route phone calls, and handle customer questions and messages. Verify work quality before vehicles are returned to customers. Requirements: 2-5 years of previous automotive experience and training in a Service Advisor or front-of-house customer-facing role. Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills. Ability to articulate and document details clearly to support workflow. Ability to explain automotive terminology and concepts to customers with varying levels of knowledge. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary DMS software. Full-time availability, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods. Willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training after hire. Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have held a driver's license for at least 3 years and complete Lucid training upon hire. AA/BS in Automotive Technology or Business Management, or equivalent work experience (preferred). Knowledge of HV systems, LV systems, and EV powertrains (preferred).
