Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (AI, Data & CyberSec)

About the position

Quest is looking for an experienced In-house Talent Acquisition Consultant to help support our ongoing expansion across the AI, Data & Cyber Security business units in Austin. This role is a hybrid, onsite-remote role. You will be working alongside and supporting the Regional Recruitment Business Partner for AMER. Responsibilities

• Be a strategic, consultative, partner to the regional business leaders
• Advise on market trends through the use of data
• Utilize data to inform hiring / sourcing strategies
• Own the end-to-end hiring life cycle from initial role qualification, through to offer negotiation
• Provide direct sourcing and market mapping of key competitors
• Partner with HR & Comp to ensure role alignment
• Work with some of the latest AI-recruiting tools available

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience
• Experience in an Enterprise Tech company
• Proven ability to hire candidates in GTM, AI, Data or Cyber roles
• Detailed understanding of the candidate journey and how to enhance candidate experience
