Job Title: Salesforce AgentForce SME (Service Cloud)

Location: Dallas TX - Preferably, Can be remote too.

Experience: 10+ Years

Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce experience with proven expertise in AgentForce and Service Cloud.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce AgentForce Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven customer service solutions using AgentForce while supporting Service Cloud enhancements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and implement solutions using Salesforce AgentForce and Service Cloud.

· Configure and optimize case management, omnichannel, knowledge management, and service processes.

· Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

· Provide technical guidance and best practices for AgentForce adoption and automation.

· Support integrations, troubleshooting, and platform optimization.

Required Skills:

· Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce AgentForce.

· Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.

· Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, and service process optimization.

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

· Experience with Copado for Salesforce DevOps and release management.

· Salesforce certifications related to Service Cloud and AgentForce.
