Summary
RankMonster.ai is a fast-growing US-based AI SEO software startup, and we're hiring a full-time Sales Closer / Account Executive based in South Africa.
You'll spend most of your time closing warm inbound le demos are booked for you plus light outbound prospecting to keep your own pipeline topped up. Our product is an AI-powered SEO platform priced at $100–$500/month recurring, sold to businesses and agencies in the US.
What you'll do:
Run demo calls with inbound le over
Zoom Meet and close them
Follow up with trials, no-shows, and warm prospects via email and phone
Do light outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email) to supplement inbound flow
Keep the CRM updated and report weekly on pipeline and closes
Feed customer objections and insights back to the founders
What we're looking for:
2+ years closing experience in B2B sales, ideally SaaS or digital marketing services (SEO/PPC/web agencies a big plus)
Proven track record of hitting quota be ready to share numbers
Fluent, confident English on video calls with US buyers
Comfortable working US business hours overlap (roughly 3pm–11pm SAST)
Self-managed: reliable internet, quiet workspace, quality heet and webcam
Familiar with CRMs and modern sales tools; curious about AI and SEO
Compensation:
Base: $1,000 USD/month
Commission: 15% of monthly recurring revenue on every deal you close, paid for the first 6 months of each customer's subscription your commission stacks and grows every month as your book builds.
Realistic earnings: closers hitting target should reach $2,500–$4,000+/month by month 6, uncapped
Full-time, long-term role with growth path to Head of Sales as we scale.
