[Remote] Sr Manager – Insurance Business Process Services

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Insurance Business Process Services (BPS) to lead large-scale Property & Casualty insurance operations, ensuring operational performance and client satisfaction across complex insurance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Property & Casualty insurance operations across global delivery teams
• Ensure consistent service delivery while meeting contractual SLAs, KPIs, quality, productivity, and financial objectives
• Drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, capacity planning, budgeting, and operational governance
• Lead organizational change and operational transformation initiatives
• Develop and mentor high-performing operational leaders and delivery teams
• Serve as the senior operational leader for strategic Insurance BPS engagements
• Build trusted relationships with client operational stakeholders
• Lead governance meetings, operational reviews, and performance reporting
• Proactively identify operational risks and implement corrective action plans
• Drive continuous service improvements that enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities to streamline insurance operations through automation, workflow optimization, and process standardization
• Implement best practices across global delivery teams
• Monitor operational metrics and establish improvement plans that deliver measurable business results

Skills

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Insurance Business Process Services (BPS), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or Managed Services supporting Property & Casualty insurers
• Strong background leading operational delivery within a third-party services organization
• 5+ years managing large global teams and complex delivery organizations
• Demonstrated experience managing service delivery, SLAs, KPIs, workforce planning, quality, productivity, and operational governance
• Proven success leading operational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or comparable operational excellence methodologies
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience supporting Property & Casualty insurance operations such as Policy Administration, Underwriting Support, Claims Operations, Billing, or Back-Office Services within a BPS environment
• Experience working within global delivery organizations serving enterprise insurance clients
• Knowledge of digital operations, workflow automation, and AI-enabled operational improvements
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent operational excellence certification
