[Remote] Connection Belonging & Impact Intern

The Connection Belonging & Impact Intern will support initiatives focused on enhancing employee experience through connection, belonging, and impact strategies, leveraging data and insights to drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the Connection, Belonging and Impact (CBI) programs by helping to plan and execute strategies, events, evaluations, and communications
• Leverage data and insights to generate recommendations for employee engagement, feedback and event promotion
• Collect, clean, and organize data sets; assist with dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical insights into strategic initiatives
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing
• Support the preparation of presentations and reports for leadership and Employee Resource Group (ERG) stakeholders
• Assist with Impact initiatives including community partnerships, employee volunteerism and sponsored events

Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business/Business Administration, Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Organizational Behavior/Leadership, Communications or a related field
• Experience with Microsoft Office, AI platforms and data science tools
• Interest in employee experience, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), community impact initiatives, cultural awareness, and organizational development
