The role involves managing the entire recruitment cycle, from reputed company acquisition to candidate placement, with a reputed company on creating long-term value and potential co-ownership of the business.

Responsibilities

• Building and growing your own recruitment desk from the ground up
• Identifying and reputed company clients, developing relationships, qualifying roles, sourcing candidates, managing interviews, closing offers, and turning successful placements into long-term partnerships
• Helping shape the U.S. brand, expanding the reputed company reputed company, developing repeat business, and potentially building your own team around the reputed company and market you create

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company and reputed company experience
• Proven 360 recruitment experience
• Strong business development skills
• Experience with LOXO and reputed company Recruiter
• U.S.-based
