Description:

  • Oversee complex projects and lead a multidisciplinary team of data engineers and technical targeters.
  • Work with customers to establish and implement technical requirements aligned with client expectations.
  • Drive IT modernization efforts across project initiatives.
  • Manage project financials and forecast costs to keep work on track.
  • Communicate project scope, schedules, and risks to stakeholders and clients.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and ad hoc client reports.
  • Conduct monthly contract status reviews and lead program management meetings.
  • Maintain transparent communication channels and collaborate with diverse teams on large-scale technical projects.

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10+ years of experience in project and program management.
  • Experience leading teams, including multidisciplinary teams, data engineers, and technical targeters.
  • Experience with IT modernization efforts.
  • Experience with cost forecasting and managing project financials.
  • Experience working with customers to define requirements and communicate about scope, schedule, and risks.
  • Experience generating recurring reports, conducting recurring contract status reviews, and running recurring program management reviews.
  • Experience producing ad hoc reports for clients.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • PMP or similar project management certification (preferred).
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies (preferred).
  • Experience with government or large enterprise contracts (preferred).
  • Familiarity with data engineering best practices (preferred).
  • Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Jira (preferred).
  • Strong risk management skills (preferred).
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required.
