Oracle HCM HR Core Funtional

<p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Core HR functional lead who deeply understands HR foundational concepts — business units, job and position hierarchies, and overall enterprise structure — and can walk into an existing, live HR system and identify the impact of legal entity, business unit, location, and department changes. This is a functional, hands-on role: the person should be comfortable getting into the system directly to trace impacts, not just advise at a high level</p><p><strong>Location - Remote + 10-20% Travel in month (2-3 Days) to Washington, DC (Expenses Paid)</strong></p><p><strong>Duration - 6-9 Months</strong></p><p><strong>Pay rate $65/hr on W2, Only US Citizen and Green Card holders</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Partner with the HR team to assess the impact of the legal entity / business unit / location / department restructure on the existing Core HR foundation.</p><p>Participate in and help drive the detailed design phase for HR, working from the finance team's completed global design.</p><p>Get hands-on in the system to trace and validate impacts (e.g., “if this legal entity changes, here is what breaks or shifts downstream”).</p><p>Act as a subject-matter expert during the early design/decision-making period, working closely with an offshore team who will handle day-to-day configuration</p><p>Requirements</p><p>Multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Core HR implementations,</p><p>Strong grasp of Oracle HCM foundation objects: business units, departments, jobs, positions, and enterprise/work structures.</p><p>Comfortable working hands-on in the system directly rather than purely advising</p>
