THREE DAY WEEKEND (Full-Time) - Shift if Monday-Thursday 7pm - 7am
The successful candidate for this position will be able to efficiently manage night shift floor operations and lead a staff of 30+ people in a structured and resourceful manner.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise, coordinate, and synchronize the following operational functions:
Administration of the PickRight server and applications
Assignment and logging of PickRight equipment computers, printers, and labels
Truck preparation
Late driver check-in for product returns and turn-in review
Order picking, packing, and auditing via PickRight
Truck loading coordination
Loading setup
LoadRight application execution
Load completion (photograph, lock, and seal)
Route Out of Stock Report review and back-fill
Warehouse upkeep product restocking
Pre- and post-shift warehouse inspection walkthroughs
Develop, communicate, and enforce company policies and procedures
Train and certify employees on forklift operation
Personnel administration, timecard verification, hiring, performance evaluation and disciplinary actions when necessary
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated leadership skills; minimum 4 years leadership experience in a similar operational environment (managing minimum of 25-30 people)
Experience with staff hiring, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions
Night shift work experience
Strong computer skills (email, spreheets, etc)
Forklift operation certification (including lock-out/tag-out experience and ability to train others for certification)
