Elevate is a private matchmaking service for accomplished people starting a new chapter, and we're growing a team of warm, well-connected matchmakers in Orange County. About the role You'll get to know a small number of clients (up to six), personally find and vet matches for them, and make warm, thoughtful introductions. This is relationship work, not hard-sell work — built for natural connectors who genuinely enjoy bringing the right people together.

Compensation Commission-based: you earn 30% of each client's monthly fee — up to roughly $2,700/month at a full book of six clients, plus bonuses, and uncapped as you grow. Independent contractor (1099). Flexible and remote — set your own hours.
