Looking for Airbnb Customer Support / Resolution Center Expert

We are looking for someone with experience working in Airbnb Customer Support, Resolution Center, or Review Support who has extensive knowledge of Airbnb’s review policies, appeal process, and case handling.

The ideal candidate should have experience with:

* Airbnb Review Policy and review appeals

* Resolution Center cases

* Guest dispute handling

* Listing suspensions and policy interpretation

* Communicating effectively with Airbnb support teams

This is a consulting role. We are looking for someone who understands Airbnb’s processes and can help us prepare stronger cases and improve our success rate when appealing reviews or handling disputes.
