Your Opportunity, Your Team
Reporting to the Director of Pricing Strategy, the Lead Pricing Intelligence Partner will be responsible for developing processes. These processes will create an operational center of excellence in competitive pricing intelligence, vendor/brand compliance, promotional planning, and strategy execution.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
Responsibilities
Analyze competitive pricing, product performance, and inventory health to recommend pricing actions that support sales, margin, and inventory goals
Build and maintain pricing reports, dashboards, and tools that help the business make faster, better pricing decisions
Develop pricing recommendations across product lifecycle stages, including promotional, markdown, and end-of-life inventory strategies
Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Digital/Marketing teams to align pricing actions with customer demand, financial goals, and promotional plans
Evaluate pricing results against plans and forecasts, identify performance trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders across the business
Requirements
4+ years of experience in pricing, merchandising, inventory planning, financial analysis, or a related retail or ecommerce analytics role
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to influence pricing, promotional, margin, or inventory decisions
Advanced Excel skills and experience building reports, models, or dashboards to support business decision-making
