Role Description
Labcorp is seeking a remote ETL Test Architect to join our team!
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Job Responsibilities
Lead ETL QA activities across multiple projects and releases.
Define test strategy, test plans, and QA governance for ETL/Data Warehouse programs.
Ensure smooth delivery by tracking risks, dependencies, defects, and project milestones.
Collaborate with Business, Development, Data Engineering, and Project Management teams.
Qualifications
Hands-on expertise with Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar ETL tools.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL architecture.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience leading QA teams and managing end-to-end test delivery.
Requirements
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
ETL Test Automation and CI/CD exposure.
Power BI/Tableau knowledge.
10 or more years overall QA experience with 5 or more years in ETL QA leadership/Test Architect roles.
